Seasonal & Monthly Agreements

Seasonal Agreement:

 

August thru March – $550 monthly plus electric deposit.

April thru July – $650 monthly plus electric deposit.

(Seasonal agreements require a 3-month minimum stay. Seasonal agreements are 4 months max, may be renewed at management’s discretion.)

Rates are for 2 persons, 4 persons max, $25 for each additional person over 2 persons.

5% Discount for person 60+ and Active Military.

*We do not pro-rate Seasonal rates, should you choose to leave early

Monthly Agreement:

 

August thru March – Month to Month rent is $750 monthly plus tax and electricity usage.

April thru July –  Month to Month rent is $950 monthly plus tax and electricity usage.

Rates are for 2 persons, 4 persons max, $25 for each additional person over 2 persons.

5% Discount for person 60+ and Active Military

Electric Deposit:

 

$100 Electrical Deposit Due at Check-In

Meters will be read on the first of each month and usage rate will be based on Riviera Utilities current rates. All usage beyond the original deposit is due by the 5th of each month. A late charge of $1 will be added for each day after the 5th.

*Unused portion of electrical deposit will be balanced against final months electric usage and refund will be issued for unused portion at the end of their stay.

 

  • RV Information

  • Vehicle # 1:

    Two vehicles allowed per site. All vehicles must be kept on your designated site. All vehicles must be registered with office.

  • Vehicle #2:

    Only two pets per site allowed. Pets must be always attended by guest. When owner is not on site all pets must be kept inside owners RV. All pets must be registered with office.

  • Pet #2:

Cash/Check Payments

First months rent and electrical deposit are due prior to check-in. Seasonal rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fee of $5 will be applied for rent paid from the 2nd to the 5th. Late fee of $10 will be applied for rent paid from the 6th to the 10th. If rent is not paid by the 10th RV will be removed at the owner expense.
