Seasonal Rate:

3 Months or longer – $575 a month plus Tax & electricity usage

3 Months or longer Concrete Pad – $650 a month plus Tax & electricity usage

Seasonal Agreement requires a 3-month commitment.

Rates are for 2 persons, 4 persons max, $25 per week for each additional person over 2 persons.

5% Discount for Person 60+ and Military.

*We do not pro-rate Seasonal rates, should you choose to leave early.

Monthly Rate:

Monthly rate is $750 per month plus tax & electricity usage.  This is a month to month rate.

Rates are for 2 persons, 4 persons max, $25 per week for each additional person over 2 persons.

Electric Deposit:

$100 Electrical Deposit due at check-in.

Meters will be read each month on each guest rent date.  Usage rate will be based on current Riviera Utilities rates. 

*Unused portion of electrical deposit will be balanced against final months electric usage and refund will be issued for unused portion at the end of their stay.

Weekly Rate :

(7 nights) $265 + tax per week.

Daily Rates:

Sunday to Thursday: $51 + tax per night
Friday & Saturday: $53 + tax per night
Holidays:  $56 + tax per night (i.e., Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Blue Angel Air Show, Shrimpfest, etc.)  3-night minimum stay required for Holidays.

*Once your stay begins, we do not refund for early departure.

Rates are for 2 Adults & 2 Children, 6 persons max, $5 per day for each additional person over 5 years of age.  

Park guest with overnight unregistered visitors will be charged $25 per night, per visitor.

*5% Discount for persons over 60 and active Military.
